For 32 years, Central Florida Employment Connections (CFEC) has connected employers and job seekers through some of Central Florida’s longest-running and most established job fairs.

Join us on January 20, 2027, for our 26th Annual Mayor’s Job Fair, in honor of the Orange County Mayor. Held in Orlando, this event will bring together 65–75 employers from across the region, representing a variety of industries and offering thousands of job opportunities. Whether you're entering the workforce, exploring a career change, or looking for your next opportunity, job seekers at every experience level are welcome.
