WHEREAS, for many years, Central Florida Employment Connections (CFEC) has been committed to providing support and assistance to residents, and growing our region’s economy; and
 
WHEREAS, since 1994, CFEC has organized and hosted the largest and longest-running job fairs in Central Florida, connecting thousands of job seekers with employers to create pathways to meaningful employment and economic mobility; and
 
WHEREAS, for 30 years, CFEC has worked tirelessly to ensure that the Orlando Mayor’s Job Fair is impactful for residents and employers; and
 
WHEREAS, the event brings together more than 85 companies and offers thousands of job opportunities across a wide range of industries; and
 
WHEREAS, CFEC’s dedication to workforce development, career coaching and employer engagement has made a measurable and lasting impact on our community; and
 
WHEREAS, the City of Orlando is proud to join the recognition of the Orlando Mayor’s Job Fair’s 30th Anniversary and is grateful for CFEC’s efforts to provide access to career opportunities that help residents thrive;
