RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
They are accountable for all aspects of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation, labor, costs, production, maintenance, and ensuring all administrative and accounting responsibilities are completed according to company policy. Restaurant Managers share their vision and lead the team, directing the activities of team members and providing consistent training, coaching, and development. Successful candidates are true “people” champions, have a passion for fresh, quality, food, and a dedication to providing the highest level of guest service. This position requires at least one year of recent, restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick service concept. Qualified candidates must be 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, a current, valid driver license and able to work a flexible schedule. Candidates must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check. This position requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours a week, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
