Ensure Quality and Productivity in all Phase of shop

Responsibilities:

Assist with staffing the shop to handle workload in all areas.

Coordinate production schedule with needs of various departments

Assist with purchasing of stock materials and maintaining proper inventory.

Assist with maintenance of shop vehicles.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of shop equipment, company tools and employee tools.

Ensures cleanliness of shop and Energy Air, Inc. Property

Involved with maintenance of Energy Air, Inc. Building

Assists with management of shipping and receiving.

Assists with maintaining the custody records for Energy Air tools and equipment.

Assists with training of shop personnel.

Enforces company safety policies

Additional duties include working in production when management duties are up to date.

Qualifications:

High School Education or Equivalent

Minimum of five years Fiberglass Duct Fabrication

In depth knowledge of Fiberglass and Sheet metal

Fabrication / Installation systems, HVAC & R and related supporting utilities

Ability to work without supervision.

Ability to effectively manage and motivate employees.

Negotiation purchasing Skills.

Work Environment:

Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs, & ladders, walking and lifting of weight of 20lbs. Or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for Forward and overhead Reaching, Pushing, Pulling and Material handling. Use of Torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, stopping, twisting and squatting.
