HVAC Plumbing Foreman

Requirements:

– Five years of previous plumbing and leadership experience

– Extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing systems

– Knowledge of water damage plans

– Coordinates installation of plumbing systems with other trades

– Monitors testing and disinfection of plumbing systems & inspections

– Great Attitude and has the ability to motivate other employees

– Leads by Example

– Ability to work without supervision

– Outstanding Customer Service – Internal & External

– Ensures Compliance is being maintained

– Ability to represent Energy Air professionally in project meetings (in the absence of Project Manager)

– Great communication skills both verbal and written

– Capable of supervising crews of 12 or for projects with a plumbing scope over $1 M

Qualifications:

– High school diploma/Trade school diploma

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing trade

– Certifications in 30hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift

– Competent person in CPR First Aid and H6010 MedGas

– Journeyman Certified
