SHERPA DELIVERY DIRECT, LLC, an Amazon delivery service partner, are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Delivery Associate/Driver positions! Full Time available.

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, communicates effectively, and is ready to get the job done. The successful Delivery Associate/Driver enjoys being out on the road driving, puts safety first and cares deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

No experience required. You must be at least 21 years old. Must have good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills. You have a valid drivers license and have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position). You must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen. You are authorized to work in the United States.

Our Delivery Associates/Drivers drive a delivery van to drop off packages to customer homes, apartments, condominiums, and businesses within the greater ORLANDO community. You can plan on working about 3 to 4 days a week, dependent upon shift. Your typical working day will be 9 to 10 hours.

Our drivers follow strict safety standards and protocols on and off the road. You'll interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. We use technology to manage your driving and the delivery process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle; follow all local and state laws, road and driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 pounds); get in and out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Use a smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, taking pictures, and conducting administrative requirements such as recording your work time, contacting Customer Support, and other tasks as required
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participating in rescues when other team members need assistance with their routes
