Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides outpatient counseling services to children and their families. Based out of Deland, FL and covering cases throughout Volusia County, this position is responsible for travelling out into the community to collaborate with schools, communities, CBC's, and DCF for referrals who are in need of therapeutic services with an interactive approach. It will conducts therapy sessions and participates in the development of the individualized master treatment plan, provides individual, family and group counseling, and completes required clinical documentation. The position also works within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

No matter what option you choose, you can earn the potential for up to $80,000

or more; compensation increases based on productivity. Cases are provided by the leadership team. Compensation options will be discussed during interview process.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure:

Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required

Other Requirements:

Successfully complete background and medical screenings: Drug Test and TB Test.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
