This role is for Family Life a ministry of Cru.

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

Know and understand processes and accurately resolve and/or route calls to appropriate personnel
Understand the different databases and how to navigate through them efficiently to best serve
the constituent.
Answer calls and requests promptly.
Complete data entry tasks as needed.
Function as a Live-Agent on Chat feature, answering questions and concerns.

Experience and Skills

High School or GED.
3 years in customer service or call center.
