Bridging the Skills Gap Panel Discussion
The skills required to be successful in the workplace are changing, with many organizations finding it a challenge to bridge the skills gap which is impacting growth, productivity and profitability. This panel discussion will explore the Skills Gap from the perspective of a business owner, an internal Training and Development expert and an employee as we look to identify the challenges and opportunities that the new world of work is presenting.
Adapting to a changing generation with varieties of skills sets can be challenging. Employers now want to identify the skills gaps and increase worker flexibility to improve the flow of daily business. In this panel discussion, we will explore the skills coming into the workplace from the perspective of the business owner and other professionals to seize the opportunities for growth.
