HH Staffing is currently looking for a Punch-Out Technician for several top-notch clients located in the Orlando FL area. These candidates will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and complete resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Must have the ability to safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment. A team player with a positive attitude is a must.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8 am to 5 pm.

Type of position: Temporary to Permanent depending on performance.

Pay rate: $19.00 an hour AND UP depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan
• Responsible for complying with the company’s and the community’s operating and safety policies and procedures
• Assist with Punch List for new construction ensuring the units are ready for move-in
• Re-inspect vacant or punch list-units after make-ready have been completed to determine the quality of work performed. Ensure an adequate number of make-ready units are available and that the products are up to company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in apartment property grounds maintenance and pool care preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
