HH Staffing Services is currently looking for an experienced Groundskeeper for one of our clients located in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment with a positive attitude.

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays - Fridays 8 am to 5 pm.

Type of position: Temporary to Permanent depending on performance.

Pay rate: $18.00 an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Keep green areas of an Apartment Complex clean and orderly condition
• Perform cleaning duties pressure washing cleaning, blowing leaves, picking up trash, emptying can trash, and doing some painting assignments.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
