Ensure Accuracy of Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Advice Manager of supplies needed.

• Assist other areas when needed according to workload

• Cleanliness of Warehouse and perimeter

• Enforce company safety policies

• Ensure accuracy of inventory

• Maintain high quality and productivity.

• Maintains records of tools issued to employees.

• Material Handler ensures accuracy of inventory.

• Tools orders to be picked

• Schedule coordination with Shipping Supervisor

• Shop Tools and Maintenance - Notify Shop Supervisor

• Supplies – Notify Shop Supervisor of procurement to order

• Tool Crib reports damaged, worn out tools and missing equipment.

• Unload trucks for stock inventory, assist when needed.

• Weekly cycle counts and verification

Qualifications:

• Ability to work without supervision

• Dependable Transportation

• Excellent Communication skills

• Good Attendance

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• HVAC & general tools knowledge a plus

• Positive Attitude

• Works Safely

• Self-motivate

• Problem solving a plus.

Work Environment:

Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders. Walking and lifting of weight of 50 lbs or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, pulling

and material handling. Use of torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting and squatting.
