Automotive Import Service Manager- Holler Classic

The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc.
Work in & on the service drive with service advisors & customers
Maintain world class CSI
Maintain high employee satisfaction
Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
Hire, train, motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff; manage employee relations
Administer monthly operating budget to attain sales, gross and net income targets for the service department.
Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Hold weekly service advisor meetings to review progress discuss issues maintain high morale.
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.
Stay abreast of competitive market pricing; develop dealership service pricing plan recommendations for General Management.
Serves as liaison with factory representatives
Minimum Qualifications:
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Pass background screening requirement
